Terms of Service

1. The service

WeLove Services provides software for managing bookings, scheduling, clients, payments and communications for service businesses. The service is provided "as is", with continuous improvements.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for your password and for all activity on your account. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to harm the service or third parties.

3. Subscription and payment

The service is paid for by subscription. There is a free period; once it ends, an active subscription is required to keep using the app. Prices and plans are those shown on the platform and may be updated with prior notice.

4. Your clients' payments

Deposit and prepayment transactions are processed by Stripe directly into your account, with no commission charged by WeLove. You are the merchant and remain responsible for the relationship with your clients and for certified invoicing.

5. Your data

The data you enter is yours. You can export it at any time. We process personal data on your behalf, under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. You can delete your account and your data whenever you wish.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits or for data you have not kept backed up.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Portugal.
